Not only was the location amazing, the rooms were clean and modern and every staff member we met were super friendly and helpful! Superb, superior....wonderful stay! Will definitely return and recommend with out a doubt!

Breakfast server Veronica exceeded my expectations. She served us delicious hot foods and gave extra help to my friend who is blind.

The hotel provides an outstanding standard of service, with impeccable cleanliness and a warm, welcoming staff. They offer a charging port for your devices, a first for us, which is a convenient feature. The breakfast was among the finest I have experienced, with an extensive range of high-quality food options. The hotel is conveniently situated near the freeway and there are several excellent restaurants nearby.

I travel a lot with my daughter for club volleyball, and we have stayed in numerous hotels and Airbnb's over the years. This was BY FAR the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The room was clean, and the space with the bunk beds was perfect for my daughter to have her own space in the room. We found the room incredibly clean as well. While it's true that there is a significant amount of outside car noise, we did not find it too annoying in any way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This holiday inn is one of the best my family have stayed in. The staff are all nice, it’s very clean and it’s nearby a lot of areas. There is also an option to get a room with bunk beds which is great for family’s or traveling with friends. In all the rooms do get a bit noisy with traffic but it’s a great holiday inn!

From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly accommodating to my kids — happily providing paper and pens when they asked, and even joining in on the fun when my son drew pictures and hid them for Ray to find. After a long, hot day at the waterslides, we were happy to find our room clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. Since the evening was still warm, we headed to the pool for some family fun and games. The pool area was clean, well-kept, and a great way to unwind. It’s rare to find this level of friendliness and genuine hospitality at a hotel in Sacramento. Highly recommended!

I stayed here on a Saturday night during a weekend trip to Sacramento. The staff were courteous and friendly, no issues there. Parking was fine, even on a popular weekend night, the lot is big enough. My room was reasonably clean; clean sheets, clean towels, everything was well-organized and wiped down. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had good water pressure and temperature control. The price point is good for the location (it's the cheapest hotel in that area). However, our room felt noticeably run down in ways that no amount of daily cleaning can fix. There were lots of small tears in the room curtains, stains and dents on the furniture, and just lots of general wear and tear throughout the room. I felt like I kept finding a new issue each time I looked at something. Same was true for hallways, elevators, etc. This place feels overdue for a thorough visual overview; a furniture refresh, repainting of the walls, things like that. I'd stay here again if it was just a quick one-nighter where I don't spend too much time on the property and want to save $$, it's worth the discounted price for that. However, if I wanted something nicer where I'd want to actually chill in my room and feel comfortable there, I'd probably spend more to stay somewhere else.
